Important Announcement

Dear partner,

We have received important pricing updates from our vendors announcing price changes going into effect on January 1st 2023. These price increases are following the continuing rise in costs for freight, material and labour.

Effective date: January 1st, 2023
Affected products: all products

Affected products: Mobile Computers and Voice Automation Solutions, including repair parts.

Important information:

• Any active, approved Price Exception (PE) will be honored through its validity period. Upon expiration, they will be subject to adjusted pricing during the renewal process.
• New and existing Project Registrations (PRs) will be subject to adjustments in line with the adjusted price list beginning on January 1, 2023.
• Orders placed before January 1, 2023, with an unrestricted customer ship date, will be honored at the pricing in place at the time of the order for projects (orders associated with a PE).
• Orders without an unrestricted ship date not linked to end-user opportunities, do not qualify and will be subject to the updated pricing.
• Orders placed on or after January 1, 2023, will be subject to the updated pricing.

Important information:

• Existing PE’s (Price Exceptions) will be honored until their validity date
• Any new ordered placed with stock due to be delivered in 2023 will be changed to the new pricing
• For your customer backorders without a valid PE that can’t be shipped before January 1st 2023, contact your Ingram Micro representative to know if and how the price change will be applied.

What actions should you take?

We highly recommend you review your current and future quotes and orders on the above mentioned vendors together with your Ingram Micro representative updating your existing orders while placing new ones and requesting a maximum of your orders to be shipped before these price changes go into effect.
